• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 28, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 8:30 P.M. by Chairman Narlock.
Also present were Aldermen Foldy and Dwyer, Building Inspector Lee
and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on May 14, 1970, were
approved and placed on file.
The Committee reviewed the following Ordinances:
Doll and Cat Ordinance - Ald. Narlock moved that the City Attorney
should review Chapters 9.18, 9.19, 10.06 and 10.03 of the Municipal
Code to see if they could be combined into an effective Animal
Ordinance. Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried. Mayor Gottfried
to correspond with City Attorney Buckley.on
Subdivision Control Ordinance for Industrial Parks - Ald. Foldy moved
to refer the Subdivision Control Ordinance for Industrial Parks to
City Attorney Buckley for review. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion
IS carried. Mayor Gottfried to correspond with City Attorney Buckley
on this ordinance.
Erosion and Fill Control Ordinance - Ald. Narlock moved to defer
action on this ordinance because the Safety Committee has it on
their agenda for discussion. Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
Trespass Ordinance - Ald. Narlock moved to have City Attorney Buckley
review Chapter 9.05, Paragraph 3 of the Municipal Code to see if it
could be updated in the same language as the State of Wisconsin uses
for Trespass Ordinances. Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried to correspond with City Attorney Buckley.
Ordinance #169 - An Ordinance Amending Certain Sections of Chapter 30
(Building Code) of the Municipal Code. Ald. Foldy moved to correct
Section 11 of the Ordinance to read Section 30.36 instead of 30.38.
Ald. Narlock seconded the motion and it carried.
Ordinance #171 - An Ordinance to Repeal, To Recreate and to Amend
Certain Sections of Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code. Ald. Narlock
moved to rephrase Section 4, Section 16.21 (3) of the last paragraph
to read "The Plumbing Inspector shall issue a permit for an absorption
system installed in accordance with the Waukesha County Community
• Health Code." Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dwyer. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:55 P.M.
