• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 19, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Narlock. Also
present were Aldermen Burgermeister and Sapp.
• The minutes of the previous meeting held on March 5, 1970, were reviewed
• and placed on file.
An ordinance amending Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code was again
discussed. The Committee will await further word from City Attorney
Buckley on this matter.

The proposed Trespass and Dog and Cat Ordinances were discussed and
deferred for further study by the Committee.
A letter from City Attorney Buckley, dated March 10, 1970, regarding
proposed changes to the Plumbing Code was read. This will be forwarded
to Building Inspector Lee and Plumbing Inspector Robb for their comments.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
