• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 5, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Narlock.
Also present were Aldermen Burgermeister and Sapp and Building Inspector
• Lee.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on February 19, 1970, were
reviewed and placed on file.
Building Inspector Lee appeared, as requested, to discuss the proposed
changes to the Building Code. Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend
to the Common Council the adoption of the proposed changes to Chapter
30 of the Municipal Code. Seconded by Ald. Narlock, motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister recommended that Ordinance #114 referring to Section
7.10 of the Municipal Code, "Storage of Junked Automobiles", paragraph (1)
be reviewed by the City Attorney. Mr. Lee will contact Attorney Buckley
to discuss some of the problems of interpretation.
Mr. Lee reported to the Committee on a meeting held this date, with
•Norbert Theim of Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Plan Commission, Mr.
Bernie Schultz, Dept. of Natural Resources and Mr. Ron Ford, of the
Little Muskego Lake Association for the purpose of discussion of soil
erosion within the City of Muskego. Mr. Theim will report back with
suggestions on updating our Subdivision Control and Zoning Ordinances.

The formula which the State uses in the distribution of Utility Taxes
was discussed.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
