MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 19, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 8:45 P.M. by Chairman Na.rlock.
• Also present were Mayor Wieselmann, Aldermen Burgermeister and
Sapp.
The minutes of the previous meeting held February 5, 1970, were
reviewed and placed on file.
The proposed Trespass Ordinance, as recommended by the Public
Safety Committee, was discussed. Ald. Burgermeister moved to
instruct City Attorney Buckley to draft an addition to the
Municipal Code 9.05(3). Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Mr. Spencer McElroy of the Little Muskego Lake Association, appeared
to discuss with the committee the City's use of Idle Isle Beach.
• The proposed ordinance amending Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code
and adopting State Statutes was discussed. Ald. Burgermeister
moved to recommend that the Common Council adopt this amended
ordinance. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.

The proposed changes to the Building Code was discussed. Building
Inspector Lee will be asked to attend the next meeting of this
committee for further consideration of these changes.
Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:02 P.M.
