MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 4, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Chairman Narlock.
Also present were Mayor Wieselmann and Aldermen Burgermeister and
Sapp
The minutes of the previous meeting held on November 13, 1969,
were reviewed and placed on file.
A memorandum from City Attorney Buckley, dated November 21, 1969
regarding proposed amendments to Chapters 12 and 17 of the Municipal
Code, was reviewed. The Committee suggested additional discussion
at the Common Council meeting on December 9, 1969.
A memorandum from City Attorney Buckley, dated November 21, 1969,
regarding this Committee's request dated October 9, 1969, for an
amendment to Section 12.09 to provide that the Dog Officer shall
act as the Humane Officer when requested to impound other small
animals for observation of possible disease, was reviewed. Chief
Kraus will be advised of the Attorney's opinion.
Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Burgermeister. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
