• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 9, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 7:36 P.M. by Chairman Narlock.
Also present were Mayor Wieselmann and Aldermen Burgermeister and
Sapp.
• The minutes of the previous meeting held on September 25, 1969, were
reviewed and placed on file.
A memorandum from City Attorney Buckley regarding the Water Ordinance
was read and discussed. It was decided to meet with the City Attorney
and Lt. Kass of the Police Department at a future date.
The plan to tax interest from Municipal Bonds was discussed. An
article which appeared in the Wall Street Journal was read and re-
viewed.
A letter from Chief Kraus dated October 1, 1969, requesting that
this Committee study the Municipal Code, Section 12.09, and recommend
to the Common Council the proper changes. Aid. Sapp moved to have
the City Attorney prepare an additional section stating that the Dog
• Officer shall act as the Humane Officer when requested to impound
other small animals for observation of possible disease.
Aid. Burgermeister moved to adjourn. Seconded by Aid. Sapp, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:05 P.M.
