COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES
OF MEETING HELD
JUNE 2, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 7:53 P.M. by Chairman Narlock.
Also present were Aldermen Burgermeister and Sapp.
• The Minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
Soil erosion and the proposed revision of the Subdivision Control
Ordinance was discussed. A motion was made by Ald. Burgermeister
requesting that Building Inspector Lee and City Engineer Kelsenberg
review the material supplied by Mr. Ron Ford of the Little Muskego
Lake Association before any action is taken by this Committee.
Seconded by Chairman Narlock. Motion carried.
The Committee held further discussion regarding the necessity of
performance bonds from private contractors doing work in the City.
Chairman Narlock agreed to supply this Committee with copies of
ordinances from other municipalities as supplied to us by Attorney
Buckley. Further action will follow.
• Ald. Burgermeister requested that Attorney Buckley complete his
findings in regard to city owned parks and prepare the necessary
resolution giving jurisdiction of same to the Park & Recreation
Board. Chairman Narlock stated that this study should be competed.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Chairman
Narlock. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
