• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 8, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 7:20 P.M. by Chairman Narlock. Also
present were Aldermen Burgermeister and Sapp.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on April 17, 1969, were
approved and placed on file.
Ordinance #143 (Holz -Rambo Subdivision) was discussed. Ald. Burgermeister
moved to recommend that the Common Council defer action on Ordinance #143
until the developer provides a detailed plat which would show the def-
inite division of lots. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister brought to the attention of the committee the
necessity of an ordinance relating to the restoration of streets,
ditches, etc. by private contractors, as suggested by the City Eng-
ineer and recommended by the Public Works Committee at their meeting
held May 7, 1969. Further study will be made in regard to the prep-
aration of this ordinance.
• Chairman Narlock conveyed to the Committee that the Plan Commission,
in its meeting of April 15; 1969, had approved the Water Shi Show at
Dandilion Park as a part of its Conditional Use as an amusement park.
He further stated that the necessary permit for the ski jump would
have to be obtained from the Common Council as outlined in the Municipal
Code.
Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ald. Burgermeister.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
