• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 3, 1969
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Narlock. Also
present were Mayor Wieselmann and Aldermen Burgermeister and Linck.
The Minutes of the meeting held March 20, 1969, were approved and will
be placed on file.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend the addition of the words "only
between the hours of sunrise and sunset." in Sec. 13.02 (1) in the
fourth line between the words "roads" and "or". Seconded by Ald.
Linck. Motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend the addition of the words "a
veterinarian shall be consulted, after such consultation, unless
the officer has the owners prior consent" in Sec. 13.02 (6) tenth line
between the words "recovery" and "it". Seconded by Ald. Linck. Motion
carried.
Ald. Linck moved to recommend the addition or correction of the following
as recommended by Building Inspector Lee. Sec. 30.21(2), Sec. 30.32(7),
•Sec. 30.40(B) and Sec. 30.43(4). Seconded by Ald. Burgermeister. Motion
carried.
Motion by Ald. Linck to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Burgermeister.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:35 P.M.
