OF MEETING HELD
MARCH 20,
1969
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 9:45 P.M. Also present
• were Mayor Wieselmann and Aldermen Burgermeister and Linck.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to amend the proposed ordinance regarding
horseback riding as follows: Third paragraph, fourth line, insert
the words "on public property" between the words "race" and "within".
Also, fourth paragraph, second line, to read: "No person shall allow
any horse under his control to damage any public or private property,
nor shall any person hitch or tie a horse to any rock, tree or
shrubbery or allow the animal to remain unattended on public or
private property without proper consent." Seconded by Narlock.
Motion carried.
Motion by Burgermeister, seconded by Linck, to recommend adoption of
Ordinance #140, An Ordinance to Amend Sec. 12.03 of the Municipal
Code Relating to Transient Merchants. Motion carried.
Ald. Linck moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Narlock. Motion
• carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:50 P.M.
