MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 20, 1969
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Narlock at 7:35 P.M. Also
•present were Aldermen Burgermeister, Budish and DeBack and Mayor
Wieselmann.

Minutes of meeting held 2/6/69 were approved and placed on file.
Mr. Masterson of Dandelion Park appeared to discuss sales that were
held in the park during fall and early winter. There were many
suggestions offered as to how this type of sale should be licensed
and after a lengthy disucssion it was decided to have the City
Attorney prepare a sub -paragraph under Sec. 12.03 of the Municipal
Code that would cover this type of sales, the cost of said license
to be decided upon at the next Rules, Laws & Ordinance meeting.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn, seconded by Ch. Narlock. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
