MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 17, 1968
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. Also present
were Ald. Burgermeister, Ald. Linck and Sgt. Kass.
• The Minutes of the meeting held October 3, 1968, were approved and
will be placed on file.
Motion by Linck to have City Attorney draft ordinance for the licensing
of bicycles. Seconded by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Motion by Burgermeister to add a section to 9.18 of the Municipal Code
similar to 12.10 (7)(e) Payment of costs. Seconded by Narlock. Motion
carried.
Ordinance #119 was discussed.
It was agreed that Ordinance #121 should be reviewed in regard to the
removal of the word "unemancipated" in Paragraph 2 of Sec. #1.
•Action on the Police Chief's suggestion to include 7.052 in Chapter 7
of the Municipal Code was deferred.
•
Maxwell Day sales was discussed. More information is necessary before
a recommendation is made.
Burgermeister moved that City Attorney confer with the Police Chief
regarding Paragraph #1, Eligibility of Police]Mutual Aid Agreement.
Seconded by Linck, motion carried.
Burgermeister moved to adjourn. Seconded by Narlock, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
