• MINUTES OF MEETING OCTOBER 31 1968
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Narlock at 7:40 P.M.
Present were Chairman Narlock, Ald. Burgermeister and Mayor
Wieselmann.
The Minutes of the meeting held on September 19, 1968, were
approved and placed on file.
Ald. Burgermeister brought to the attention of the Committee
Chapter 12.03 regarding Vendor Permits. The Committee discussed
these and it was their feeling that the City Attorney should
review this particular Chapter. The situation was brought to the
attention of the Committee due to thesales (similar to those
being held for Maxwell Street Days) at Dandilion Park.
Chairman Narlock recommended that Chief Kraus be invited to
the next Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee meeting to discuss
the formulation of the Bicycle Ordinance. It had been previously
• suggested to follow the ordinance being used by the City of
Greenfield.
It was again requested that the City Attorney expedite his action
and comments on the patrolling and enforcing rules and regulations
of the County Park.
It was also suggested that the City Attorney be contacted re-
questing his opinion regarding mutual aid between law enforcement
agencies of the State.
Ald. Narlock moved, seconded by Burgermeister, that the meeting
be adjourned. Motion carried.:; The meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
