MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 19, 1968
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Narlock at 7:45 P.M.
• Present were Chairman Narlock and Alderman Burgermeister.
The Minutes of the meeting held on September 5, 1968, were approved
and placed on file.
Chairman Narlock recommended to refer letter from Police Chief
Kraus dated 9/16/68 pertaining to patrolling of Waukesha County
Park to City Attorney and to have him draft ordinance regarding
same.
Ald. Burgermeister suggested that it be recommended to Public Works
Department that a "Yield - Right -of -Way" sign be installed on the
corner of Belmont Dr. and Cornell Dr. where the "Stop" sign is to
be removed. (Resolution #159, As Amended, adopted 9/9/68.)
Chairman Narlock moved, seconded by Burgermeister, to refer
• Ordinance #119, relating to snow emergencies,. to the Safety Committee
for further study. Motion carried.
Chairman Narlock moved, seconded by Burgermeister, that Ordinance #122,
Ordinance #123 and Ordinance #124 be recommended to the Common Council
for immediate adoption.
Ald. Narlock m o v e d _: that the City Attorney be contacted again
in reference to Chief Kraus's letter of 8/6/68 regarding mutual aid
between communities Police Departments and his opinion on same.
Seconded by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn, seconded by Narlock. The meeting
adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
