• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 5, 1968
Chairman Narlock called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. Also present
were Mayor Wieselmann, Aldermen Burgermeister and Linck.
Motion by Burgermeister to include Sec. 346, Motor Driven Cycles, and
Sec. 350, Snowmobiles, in Ord. #109, seconded by Linck, motion carried.
Motion by Burgermeister to recommend adoption of Ordinance #109, with
suggested amendments. Seconded by Linck, motion carried.
Motion by Burgermeister to recommend adoption of Ordinance #110, seconded
by Linck, motion carried.
Resolution #157;'Pregarding "No Parking" signs on Ladwig Drive, was
discussed and referred back to Public Safety Committee.
The following amendments to Resolution #158-68 were recommended in a
motion by Linck: Under Paragraph 4, Sub -Section F delete "Woods Rd"
and insert "100 ft. south of Cornell Dr. In Sub -Section G add "300 ft.
• south of" between the words "from and"McShane". In Paragraph 5, delete
Sub -Section D and H. Sub -Section E to read "Durham Drive from 100 ft.
south of Cornell Dr. to a point 300 ft. south of McShane Rd." Seconded
by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Motion by Linck to recommend adoption of.R2solution #158-68 with
amendments. Seconded by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Motion by Burgermeister to recommend adoption of Resolution #159-68
with "Belmont Dr." in Sub -section 17 removed. Seconded by Narlock,
motion carried.
Motion by Burgermeister to recommend adoption of Ordinance #117, seconded
by Narlock, motion carried.
Representatives of both Fire Departments joined the meeting to discuss
Ordinance #115. Motion by Burgermeister to recommend adoption of
Ordinance #115 with changes suggested by Rules, Laws & Ordinance
Committee. Seconded by Linck, motion carried.
Motion by Burgermeister to recommend adoption of Ordinance #116,
seconded by Narlock, motion carried.
• Motion by Narlock to recommend adoption of Ordinance #121. Seconded
by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Action on Ordinance #114 was deferred until more information is
received.
•Motion by adjourn by Linck, seconded by Narlock, motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 9:55 P.M.
