• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 6, 1968
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Narlock.
Also present were Aldermen Burgermeister and Linck, Mayor Wieselmann,
• Conservation Warden Arthur Schroeder and Police Sgt. Kass.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to have City Attorney draft ordinance
pertaining to uniform aids to navigation, Wis. Conservation Commission
5.09-3, on a yearly permit basis, charge for permits to be $1.50 with
approval by Finance Committee. Seconded by Ald. Linck, motion carried.
Ordinance #99 was discussed and we are waiting for draft from City
Attorney.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to have Chapter 7 of the Municipal Code
revised. Seconded by Ald. Linck. Motion carried.
Ald. Linck moved to have City Attorney draft a curfew ordinance
patterned after Wauwatosa Chapter 9.21 with the addition of Part 4
of the Brookfield Ordinance. Seconded by Ald. Burgermeister, motion
• carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to have City Attorney give an opinion on
the Police Chief's Proposed Police Mutual Aid agreement and draft
an ordinance if necessary. Seconded by Ald. Linck. Motion carried.

Ald. Linck moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Burgermeister. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
