RLO19680418RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO 40 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 18, 1968 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Narlock. Also present were Mayor Wieselmann, Alderman Burgermeister, Alderman Linck and Police Chief Kraus. The Minutes of the April 4, 1968, meeting were read and approved. Alderman Burgermeister made a motion to recommend Ordinance #99 be amended to include the words "fermented malt beverage" after the word "liquor" in the fifth line of Sec. 1, Chapter 12.015. Seconded by Alderman Linck, motion carried. It was agreed to have the City Attorney check Chapter 12.01, Sec. 4-D to determine if Class B license holders should be allowed to employ bus boys and musicians between the age of 18 and 21 years. Alderman Burgermeister moved to recommend the sub -title of Ordinance #98 be changed from'4notor vehicles" to "motorcycles and automobiles". Seconded by Chairman Narlock, motion carried. All aldermen are invited to attend the next Rules, Laws & Ordinance 40 Committee meeting to discuss changes of city speed limits as defined in Chapter 7 of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego. Alderman Linck moved to recommend an ordinance for the registration of bibycles as recommended by the Safety Committee and Police Chief Kraus. Seconded by Alderman Burgermeister, motion carried Alderman Burgermeister moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Alderman Narlock.
