• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 7, 1968
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee was called
to order by Chairman Wollman at 7:35 P.M. Also present were Alderman
• Narlock, Alderman Joost and Police Chief Kraus.
The Minutes of the previous meeting held on February 22, 1968, were
read and approved and will be placed on file.
The Open Housing Ordinance was discussed again. Alderman Narlock moved
to recommend to the Common Council the adoption of the Open Housing
Ordinance. Seconded by Alderman Joost. Motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried arrived at 8:15 P.M.
Police Chief Kraus questioned as to whether or not any action had been
taken on several of his recommendations. Alderman Narlock moved to
refer to the City Attorney a Towaway Ordinance for final draft. Seconded
by Chairman Wollman. Motion carried.
Alderman Narlock moved to forward to the City Attorney for final draft
•an ordinance regulating speed limits as recommended by the Safety
Committee, not to include Woods Road at this time. Seconded by Chairman
Wollman. Motion carried.

Alderman Narlock moved to forward to the City Attorney for final draft
an ordinance referring to motor diven cycles. Seconded by Alderman
Joost. Motion carried.
Alderman Narlock moved to forward to the City Attorney for final draft
an ordinance referring to bicycle registration. Seconded by Chairman
Wollman. Motion carried.
Alderman Joost moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Alderman
Narlock. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:40 P.M.
