• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 7, 1967
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee was
called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Chairman Wollman. Also present
• were Alderman Narlock, Alderman Joost and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved and will
be placed on file.
Ordinance #87, referring to "Number of Dogs Limited" was reviewed.
Alderman Narlock moved to recommend that Ordinance #87 be amended
to eliminate the words "unless the premises are zoned "Agricultural"
under the City Zoning Ordinance or". Seconded by Chairman Wollman.
Motion carried.
A noxious weed ordinance was discussed again. A letter from Attorney
Hippenmeyer, dated November 27, 1967, was read. After review of
Attorney Hippenmeyer's letter the Committee felt that the state
statutes and our present ordinance could cover noxious weeds adequately.
• Ordinance #74, referring to parking of trucks, was discussed again
at some length.
The proposed Muskego sign code was read.
Alderman Joost moved to adjourn, seconded by Alderman Narlock. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:05 P.M.
