• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 7, 1967
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee
• was called to order by Chairman Wollman at 7:35 P.M. Also
present were Alderman Narlock, Alderman Joost, Mayor Gottfried
and Building Inspector Lee.
The Minutes of the meeting held on August 17, 1967, were read
and approved and will be placed on file.
The amendment to the Zoning Ordinance referring to gasoline
stations was discussed at great length. After several changes
the amendment will be referred back to the Plan Commission.
The noxious weed ordinance was discussed. No recommendation
was made at this time due to the fact that replies from area
communities are still to be received.
Chairman Wollman moved to adjourn, seconded by Alderman Narlock.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M.
