RLO19670803RULES, LAWS & ORDINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 3, 1967 The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Walter Wollman. Also present were Alderman Narlock and Mayor Gottfried. iThe Minutes of the previgus meeting were read and approved and will be placed on file. Ordinance #69, amending Ordinance #55 entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Personnel and Establishing and Regulating the Salaries and Other Compensation of. Elected and Appointed Officers and Employees of the City of Muskego" was reviewed and discussed. Alderman Narlock moved to recommend that Ordinance #69, amending Ordinance #55 be approved by the Common Council. Seconded by Chairman Wollman, motion carried. Chairman Wollman moved to recommend Common Council approval of Ordinance#70 amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Muskego. Seconded by Alderman Narlock. Motion carried. Alderman Narlock moved to recommend Common Council approval of Ordinance #68 amending Ordinance #55. Seconded by Alderman Narlock, • motion carried. A boating regulation petition with 172 signatures was presented by the Public Safety Committee. Also included were recommended regulations by Mr. Carlo, the Lake Denoon water police officer. Pre Present boating regulations of other municipalities should be obtained and reviewed in an effort to determine future amendments to our present regulations. • The printing of regulations covering the new Muskego Building Code was discussed. Building Inspector Lee was asked to obtain information to determine the best method of having copies printed. In discussing the problem of making Ruby Drive a one way street, it was decided that a study of the legal requirements would be necessary. Chairman Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting.
