The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee
was called to order at 7-40 P.M., by Chairman Weaver. Also
present were Ald. Wollman, Ald. Joost and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the meeting held March 9, 1967 were read and
approved and will be placed on file.
The committee received a copy of a communication directed to
Attorney Hippenmeyer by the Plan Commission, dated March 22, 1967,
Said letter referred to Sec. 8.01 (7) B of the Zoning Ordinance.
A letter received from Attorney Hippenmeyer to Mayor Gottfried
was read. The letter was in reference to the Library Board and
will be returned by Mr. Hippenmeyer for clarification.
Resolution 24-67, Vacating Muskego Center Lighting District, was
discussed. Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of Res. 24-67
• by the Common Council. Motion seconded by Ald. Joost and motion
carried.
An ordinance relating to junked vehicles on private or public
property was discussed at some length. No action was taken
at this time. This ordinance will be reviewed again at our
next meeting.
The parking of trucks in residential areas was discussed.
Ald. Joost moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Wollman and
motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:50 P.M.
