• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 9, 1967
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee was
called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Chairman Weaver.
• Present were Chairman Weaver, Alderman Wollman and Alderman Joost.
The Minutes of the meeting held February 27, 1967, were approved as
read and will be placed on file.
The Sub -division Control Ordinance was discussed again. Alderman
Wollman moved to reduce the dedication for school site from 2,000
sq. ft. to 1,500 sq. ft. Seconded by Alderman Joost, motion carried.
Alderman Joost moved to add the sentence "an alternate method may
be submitted to the Plan Commission for approval." Seconded by
Alderman Wollman, motion carried. Chairman Weaver moved to recommend
that the Sub -Division Control Ordinance be submitted to the Common
Council for approval. Seconded by Alderman Wollman, motion carried.
An Ordinance to amend Section.8.01 (7) B of the Zoning Ordinance
was discussed. Alderman Wollman moved to return said amendment to
the Plan Commission to reconsider 2 and 3 of Section B with the
. thought of requiring Plan Commission approval. Seconded by Alderman
Joost, motion carried.
Alderman Joost moved to adjourn, seconded by Chairman Weaver. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:05 P.M.
