• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 27, 1967
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee was
called to order by Chairman Weaver at 8:00 P.M. This meeting had
been postponed from February 23, 1967, because of bad weather.
Present were Chairman Weaver, Alderman Wollman, Alderman Joost and
Mayor Gottfried.
The Minimum Housing Code was discussed. Chairman Weaver moved to
delete the word "hotel" from Chapter 5, Sec. D, upon the recommendation
of the Code, Adoption & Enforcement Committee, John R. Lloyd, Secretary.
Seconded by Alderman Wollman, motion carried.
The minutes of the meeting held February 9, 1967, were approved as
read and will be placed on file.
A letter from Mr. R. D. Sundby, President of Municipal Ordinance
Service, Inc. dated February 15, 1967, was read and will be placed on
file.
The amendment to Ordinance #55 referring to salary changes for the
Library was discussed briefly.
• An Ordinance Repealing and Recreating an Ordinance entitled, Subdivision
Control Ordinance for the City of Muskego was discussed.
Alderman Joost moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Alderman
Wollman, motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 P.M.
