• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 5, 1967
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee was
called to order by Chairman Weaver at 7:35 P.M.
• Present were Chairman Weaver, Alderman Wollman, Alderman Joost
and Mayor Gottfried.
The Minutes of the meeting held December 22, 1966, were approved
as read and will be placed on file.
A resolution referring to road construction was reviewed again.
Alderman Wollman moved to recommend to the Common Council approval
of Resolution # 2-67, Road Construction Standards. Seconded by
Alderman Joost, motion carried.
An ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance referring to drainage
was discussed. Alderman Weaver moved that the ordinance be referred
back to the Plan Commission for clarification. Seconded by Alderman
Wollman, motion carried.
• Resolution # 1-67 was discussed at great length. Alderman Wollman
moved that the Common Council approve Resolution # 1-67. Seconded
by Alderman Joost, motion carried.
An ordinance amending Ordinance #55 referring to a Chief of Police
was discussed briefly.
Alderman Joost moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Chairman
Weaver, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 11:00 P.M.
