MEETING HELD DECEMBER 22, 1966
The regular meeting of Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee was called
to order at 7:40 PM by Chairman Weaver. Also present were Ald. Wollman,
Ald. Joost and Mayor Gottfried.
• The minutes of the meeting held November 17, 1966 were approved as read
and will be placed on file.
A resolution referring to the construction of a new road in the City was
read and discussed. Chairman Weaver moved to turn the resolution and
profile over to the Public Works Committee for their action. Seconded
by Ald. Wollman. Motion passed.
The letter from the Muskego-Norway School Board requesting the 6th Ward
Polling place be moved from the High School to the Intermediate School
was discussed, Attorney Hippenmeyer will be contacted to determine the
necessary action.
Minimum housing was discussed. Ald. Joost moved that Chairman Weaver
turn over to the City Attorney a copy of the minimum housing code for
review and finalization. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
• The Sub -division controll was discussed again.
Ald. Joost moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carridd.
