• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 3, 1966
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee was called
to order at 7:40 P.M. by Chairman Weaver. Also present were Alderman
Wollman, Alderman Joost and Mayor Gottfried.
Ordinance ¢#52 regarding swimming pools was discussed. Alderman Wollman
moved to recommend that the Council adopt Ordinance ##52 and that the
word "permanent" be defined as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance.
Seconded by Alderman Joost, motion carried.
The minutes of the meetings held October 20, 1966, and October 27, 1966,
were read and approved and will be placed on file.
Ordinance ##54 was discussed. Alderman Wollman moved the Committee
recommend Ordinance ##54 be amended as follows: Section II, the words
"and the Assessor" be deleted. Section III shall read "The Assessor
shall keep a minimum of two (2) hours per day regular office hours
at the city hall between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M." and,
Section III shall become Section IV, Section IV shall become Section V
and Section V shall become Section VI. Seconded by Alderman Joost,
motion carried.
• Alderman Wollman reported on the action taken by the Public Works
Committee regarding the Plumbing Code.
The Minimum Housing Code was discussed at some length.
Alderman Joost moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Alderman
Wollman, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
