• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 6, 1966
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee was
called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Acting Chairman Wollman. Also present
were Alderman Joost and Mayor Gottfried.
The Minutes of the meeting held September 22, 1966, were
approved as read and will be placed on file.
yA dance hall application was received and will be forwarded to the
Finance Committee.
Codification was discussed in regards to recommending a company to
do our codification.
Municipal Ordinance Service, Inc. will do our codification for
$4200.00 with three years updating service done annually at no
extra cost.
Ordinance Codification Service will do our codification for $3800.00
plus $600.00 for the Zoning Ordinance. Updating service for an
additional five (5) years would be done for $350.00 annually.
Alderman Joost moved to recommend that the City enter into a contract
with Municipal Ordinance Service, Inc. to do our codification. Seconded
• by acting Chairman Wollman. Motion carried.
The Salary Ordinance was reviewed.
The possibility of making the Assessor's Office full time was discussed.
The problem of a full time salary for the Assessor was also discussed.
Acting Chairman Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by
Alderman Joost. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
