• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 22, 1966
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee
was called to order at 7:35 P.M. Present were Acting Chairman
Alderman Wollman, Alderman Joost and Mayor Gottfried.
Mr. David Keyser, Ordinance Codification Service, was present
to discuss codification. A copy of his agreement will be placed
on file. Mr. Keyser has serviced numerous Wisconsin cities, also
cities in other states. A list of the cities he has serviced
will also be placed on file.
In answer to Chairman Weaver's letter of September 9, 1966,
Attorney Hippenmeyer informed the Committee that he would not
be interested in doing our codification.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved and
will be placed on file.
Building Inspector Gerald Lee joined the meeting at 9:15 P.M.
to discuss the Plumbing Code briefly. The Building Inspector
will contact the Assistant Building Inspector and return to
this Committee with a more definite recommendation for revising
the Plumbing Code.
• Alderman Joost moved to ajourn, seconded by Alderman Wollman,
motion carried. The meeting ajourned at 10:48 P.M.
