• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 8, 1966
The regular meeting of the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee
was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Chairman Weaver. Also present
were Alderman Wollman, Alderman Joost and Mayor Gottfried.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved and
will be placed on file.
Ordinance #47 was read again and discussed briefly in reference
to licensing.
Ordinance #51, amending the Zoning Ordinance, was discussed.
Alderman Wollman moved to recommend adoption by the Council.
Seconded by Chairman Weaver, motion carried.
A letter dated June 23, 1966, from the Plan Commission was
read. Ordinance #52 was created to amend Sec. 6.06 (7) D of
the Zoning Ordinance as recommended by the Plan Commission.
Alderman Joost moved to recommend adoption by the Council.
Seconded by Alderman Wollman, motion carried.
The Subdivision Control Ordinance was discussed very briefly.
• It was decided to defer any more discussion until a recommendation
from the Plan Commission is forwarded to this Committee.

Codification was discussed again. City Attorney Hippenmeyer
will be contacted to determine if he is still interested in
doing our codification.
A minimum housing code will be discussed at future meetings.
The Plumbing Code will be reviewed at future meetings.
Alderman Joost moved to adjourn, seconded by Alderman Wollman,
motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
