MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 39 1966
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Henry Wolf at
7:30 P.M. Present were Mayor Gottfried, Chairman Wolf and
• Aldermen De Angelis and Weaver.
Firearms Ordinance - Addition of penalty clause relative
o s Ord1nQn06 was discussed and amounts were agreed
upon unanimously.
Codification Ordinance - Chairman Wolf presented information
- -he had d reeved relative to this Ordinance discussion. The
City of Greenfield had obtained the services of the Robert
Sunly - Municipal Ordinance Service, Inc. - 25 copies in loose
leaf form at an estimated cost of $3600.00. Secretary Weaver
was directed to write letters to the City of Beaver Dam
and the Municipal Ordinance Service, Inc., for the purpose
of additional information.
Transient Merchant Ordinance - This Ordinance was discussed
at grey engt and similar ordinances of surrounding
communities were read and compared.
• Mayor Gottfried brought to the Committee's attention a
recommendation of a new fee schedule proposed or recommended
by the Safety Committee - The Rules, Laws & Ordinance
Committee felt that additional study was needed.
Alderman De Angelis moved to adjourn at 10:40 P.M., seconded
by Alderman Weaver, motion carried.
