MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 20th, 1966
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wolf at 7:35 P•M•
Present were Chairman Wolf, Mayor Gottfried, Alderman De
Angelis and Alderman Weaver.
• Firearms Ordinance: Certificate of Liability Insurance
qualifications proposed for range operators for the
protection of City of Muskego discussed and compared with
present City of New Berlin Ordinance. Firearms Ordinance
is completed and it shall be sent to Attorneys for proper
legal phrasing.
Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee recommends to the Council
the Ordinance covering the hours of which the election polls
are to be open.
A communique from a Mrs. Fuerst was read concerning an
inquiry about the possible need for a peddler's license
for an egg route. No license required unless other
products or items are handled.
• Transient Merchant and Codification of Ordinances on
next meeting agenda.
The meeting adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
