of the City of Yuskero - re: Technicon (radio tower) request. Approv-

Letter from Fir. P. Lynch (resident) regarding his concern about hunt-
ing activities within the City boundaries. Mayor Gottfried had answer-
ed letter some days before.
Chairman kolf arrived at 7:55 Piz.
Planning Commission letter recommending to the committee a channe in
the Zoning Ordinance as to private; streets and ways, read to the
committee.
FIRE ARMS ORDINANCL:
Mr. Robert Hoppe - Rational Rifle Association, Rifle and Pistol Instruc
for and hr. Frans; Vermelyea - Air Force Peserve Rifle and Pistol Instr-
uctor assisted the committee with advice as to indoor range site spec-
ifications and answered numerous questions of the committee.
CULVERT ORDIMANCL:
Suggestions and recommendations will be forwarder: by Seely Weaver to
the Public Works Committee c-;itL a request that it again be referred
back to the F.L.O. Committed.
