Basic provisions of the Ordinance have been formulated and
shall be sent to the City Attorney for legal appraisal.
The regulations necessary for the proper construction and
maintenance of an (indoor) (outdoor) Range Site is still in
Committee for additional study. Professional advice and
material has been offered and shall be consulted so that this
ordinance may be completed as soon as possible.
Alderrmanas S--,ered Term of Office
Conclusions were reached as to the procedure necessary to
establish a staggered two-year term. This information also
sent to Attorney Hippenmeyer for legal opinion before
presenting to the Council for their approval.
Ward Voting List
Availability and means of procuring the current ward list
for use by Mayor, Aldermen, and others that may be interested,
discussed and conclusions reached® Policy suggestions to be
sent to Council for October 26tb meeting. Rules, Laws and
Ordinances Committee recorraends adoption.
