The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Penovich. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Taube

charge to Muskego for Sewer Usage.

and specifications for the Ann Drive Sewer Project. Seconded by
Ald. Taube, motion carried.

Plant building received from the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department. Ald. Dumke moved to allow Tess Corners Fire
• Department to occupy the building for training purposes until it
fails to be available. Seconded by Ald. Taube, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for reimbursement of riser to the
Sorenson property on Kurtze Lane (Verburgt). Ald. Dumke moved to
credit Verburgt for the $300 charge for riser. Seconded by Ald.
Taube, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the beeper procedure with the Sewer
Treatment Plant Operator. Ald. Taube moved to clarify Sewer
Treatment Plant Operator's responsibility for beepers, and moved
that he be paid for two hours to carry beeper on weekends.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed the restoration of lift station in regard
to the Sobek property. Ald. Dumke moved to have City provide
three truck loads of stone, two evergreens and slats for fence.

Gold's Gym was reviewed. Ald. Dumke moved to direct Mayor to
discuss the anticipated capital cost pertaining to Gold's Gym
with Mr. McCabe of MMSD. Seconded by Ald. Taube, motion carried.
