MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 1, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman DeAngelis at
8:00 P.M. Also present were Committee Member Penovich and Mr.
Larry Fischer.
The Committee discussed request to transfer RCA assessment to
alternate tax number with Larry Fischer. Ald. Penovich moved to
defer in order to talk to the Assessor and in order for Mr.
Fischer to appear before the Board of Appeals on December 13,
1984. Seconded by Ald. DeAngelis, motion carried.
The Committee discussed update of Lilach well (Bass Bay Sewer
Project). Ald. DeAngelis reported that water is back in the
well.
The Committee discussed Sewer Assessment -Woods Road (Bayside
Tavern). Ald. DeAngelis moved that Mr. Budish pay full sewer
assessment on the property. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion
carried.
The Committee reviewed correspondence from Egg Products, Inc. in
regard to their anticipated water use in 1985. Ald. DeAngelis
• moved to defer until we receive more information and until
Ruekert & Mielke review the request. Seconded by Ald. Penovich,
motion carried.
The Committee moved to defer discussion on Boszhardt Lane, Debt
of Sewer Utility and Operation of Northeast & Woods Road Pumping
Stations until the December meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:29 P.M.
