MEETING HELD AUGUST 16, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Eugene Gaetzke at
7:02 P.M. Also present was Committee Member Penovich, Mayor
Salentine, Jim Kibbe, City Engineer Bill Mielke, Adrian Schmidt
and Edith Guill.
The Committee discussed report of sewer treatment operator with
Jim Kibbe. The Committee is requesting the City Engineer to give
us some cost options on solving power outage problems during
storms at lift stations.
The Committee discussed sewer extension request for four lots off
of Racine Avenue with Adrian Schmidt. The Committee stated that
they were receptive providing all requirements were met and
stated that it would be after January 1, 1985.
Mrs. Edith Guill appeared before the Committee requesting
construction of sewers in front of her property on Woods Road.
Mr. Bill Mielke and the Committee assured Mrs. Guill that no
damage would be done to trees or shrubs within her property line.
The Committee directed the Building Inspector to get fill leveled
• on Stanford lot (next to Guill) in 30 days or issue citation.
The Committee discussed the Sewer Usage Ordinance with City
Engineer Mielke. The amended draft II of the Ordinance was
reviewed.
The Committee discussed sewer service request of fan c fry. The
Committee acknowledged receipt of letter of 8/6/84 and would be
receptive to their hook—up to sewers when in place.
The Committee discussed sewer agreement — Boszhardt Lane Sewer
Project. The Committee decided to send copy of revised agreement
to Lemke & Lindhorst for their review with reply requested in
three weeks.
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
