The meeting was called to order by Chairman Eugene Gaetzke at
9:45 A.M. Also present were Committee Member DeAngelis, Mayor
Salentine, City Clerk Stewart, Sewer Utility Clerk Oszakiewski,
Bill Mielke, and Frank Ruekert.
The Committee reviewed the Reserve Capacity Assessment final
resolution.
The Committee discussed the proposed Sewer Usage Ordinance.
The Committee reviewed the amendments to the Woods Rood
Assessment Roll.
Ald. DeAngelis moved to defer the following items until the
August 16, 1984 Sewer Commitee meeting:
1. Masch request to pro -rate deferred assessment
on Durham Drive
2. Condemnation of easement - Bay Lane
Seconded by Ald. Gaetzke, motion carried.
