• MEETING HELD AUGUST 2, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Eugene Gaetzke at
7:05 P.M. Also present were Committee Member DeAngelis, Mayor
Salentine and Frank Switala, Jr. Ald. Penovich was absent.
The Committee deferred discussion of Usage Fee until the August
9, 1984 meeting.
The Mayor reported on the July 17 meeting of the FLOW Committee.
The Committee reviewed the quotes for Sobek's well. Ald. Gaetzke
moved to recommend to the Common Council the quote from David J.
Acker & Sons dated July 3, 1984. Seconded by Ald. DeAngelis,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the July 19, 1984 meeting
held at Attorney Dale Arenz Office.
The Committee reviewed Ruekert & Mielke's letter regarding
additional costs for lowering the sewer 1.0 ft. on Sobek Lane for
Frank Switala. Approximate additional construction costs to the
City would be $1,300.00.
The Committee reviewed DNR letter of July 16, 1984 in regard to
• Ruekert & Mielke's request for approval of an additional 1100
lineal feet of road restoration.
The Committee discussed the Lemke/Lindhorst (Boszhardt Lane)
sewer main. Attorney Molter will draft agreement between the
three parties (City/Lindhorst/Lemke).
The Committee discussed the dust control contract for Woods
Road. Oiling plus reduced speed has helped substantially.
The Committee reviewed the RCA final resolution. Ald. Gaetzke
moved to adopt the RCA final resolution. Seconded by Ald.
DeAngelis, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the Final Assessment Roll - Woods Road,
and requested verification of the following assessments:
Assessment #1 - Questioning limited access
Assessment #19 - Verification of ownership
Assessment #15 - Check assessable footage
The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
