MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 19, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Eugene Gaetzke at
9:00 A.M. Also present were Committee Member DeAngelis, Mayor
Salentine, City Clerk Stewart, Atty. Dale Arenz, Bill Mielke, and
Fred Ruekert.
The Committee reviewed the Final Resolution Authorizing Area Wide
Reserve Capacity Assessments For Sewer Services Under Wisconsin
Statute 66.60 And Levying Reserve Capacity Special Assessments
Against Benefited Property making necessary clarifications and
will submit a final draft to the Council in August.
The Committee reviewed the EPA Grant requirements. The Committee
recommended that Bill Mielke, City Clerk Stewart and Seegar
Swanson meet to devise a method for separating the components of
the user fee, as required by the EPA, and submit their
recommendations to the Sewer Committee.
