MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 8, 1984
Held at office of Arenz, Molter, Macy and Riffle
Acting Chairman Salentine called the meeting to order at
9:00 A.M. Also present were Committee Members DeAngelis and
Gaetzke, City Clerk Stewart, Seegar Swanson, Bill Mielke, Fred
Ruekert, Attys. Arenz and Molter, Harry Beilfuss and Duane
Elertson.
The Committee discussed the establishment of the Reserve
Capacity Assessment (RCA) District and the implementation
process. The City's Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, distributed a
proposed Residential Equivalency Charge Chart for use in
determining the RCA assessments and the user fees.
The Committee noted that the City is the sewer utility. A
separate utility is not required under State statute.
The Committee also discussed the proposed $500 uniform sewer
connection fee.
The Committee determined that a hardship policy would be
discussed at a future Sewer meeting, along with discussion of
• existing hardship deferments.
A meeting will be held between the cities of New Berlin and
Muskego regarding the Linnie Lac Agreement.
The meeting adjourned at 2:20 P.M.
