James Kibbe reviewed with the committee the function of the sewer system. He had given comparison figures of flowage before the sewer rehabilitation and at present. He noted the flowage at the present time had dropped down much quicker now than it had in the past years, indicating the rehabilitation has been successful. The committee offered to send copies of the letter to the city's financial advisor, city attorney, city engineers, for which there would be a charge, and for the Clerk's office to research, however, Mr. Beilfuss advised that this would not be necessary since he had already contacted the Public Service Commission and would do it on his own.
