PUBLIC SEWER COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 18, 1977
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 7:48 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Constantineau, Wallner and Mayor Gottfried.
The committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting and
placed same on file.
The committee is waiting information on the Lake Denoon Project
from Mr. Frank Ruekert and a communication from the Town of Norway
regarding a joint meeting.
The committee reviewed the bids received for the installation of
sanitary sewer to serve the new police building. The bids were
as follows:
D & K Construction Co. $ 9,980.00
• D. F. Tomasini 11,120.00
The committee noted that the Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke
had recommended the bid from D & K Construction be accepted.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Common Council approval of the low
bid of D & K Construction in the amount of $9,980.00. Seconded
by Ald. Constantineau, motion carried.
The committee reviewed sewer utility reports and placed same on
file.
The committee reviewed correspondence from City Attorney Buckley
regarding the Kurtze property easements for the road reconstruction
and proposed sanitary sewer installation in the Bass Bay Area.
Correspondence from Ruekert & Mielke regarding an inflow study
was received and placed on file.
Ald. Constantineau.moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
