Mr Walter Spann and Mr, Jerry Roberson appeared to discuss with the, committee their plans to sell two lots owned by the Fountainwood pool Association which are north of the pool. They indicated that the association wanted to raise money to upgrade the pool and surrounding area. The committee noted that representatives of the Fountainwood Pool Association had previously signed a land covenant stating that their entire ownership would be held in tact which then permitted a sewer assessment based on total lineal feet rather than per lot. The committee also noted that according to the covenant only by Common Council action can the land covenant be released or.modif ied. Italso peuniited the installation of a single lateral to serve the entire area. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend to the Common Council the modification of the land covenant executed by Fountainwood Pool Association in order that two lots can be used for residential purposes. Mr. Arthur Rinderlp, owner of five acres on Martin Drive adjacent to the Wayne Peterson property, appeared to discuss the possibility of extending sewers far enough to serve one single lot on his property. The committee noted that the Plan Commission is presently studying a request for a division of land by Wayne Peterson and that the city planner will bring a report to the Plan Commission on Tuesday evening, March 15th. They suggested that Mr. Rsnderle attend the meeting since that report will affect his property. Mr. Frank Ruekert, Jr. appeared with the rough plans for the Bass Bay Sewer Project. The committee suggested a modification of the plans in order that much of the forced main on Woods Road can be elim- inated. Mr. Ruekert will consider the suggestions and contact the committee regarding its feasibility. Mr. Ruekert also reviewed the status of the Lake Denoon Sewer Project and the several problems on the south and east end of Lake Denoon. The committee approved the new route of the sewer in the area of the former Rosenberger residence and the Kelpin residence. Mr. Ruekert suggested that the City Attorney be contacted, regarding the easement problems along the east side of the lake. He indicated that although the city does have an easement from Mr. Schuler that there is some question as to whether or not the property owners adjacent to that easement must also execute the easement. Mr. Ruekert indicated that he has been trying to contact Mr. Amann regarding his request to move the sewer running across his property northward. Following the discussion of the status of the Lake Denoon sewers it was the decision of the committee to contact the Town of Norway and its consulting engineers in order that a joint meeting can be held regarding the status of the sewer project.
