MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 24, 1976
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M. by Chairman Dumke.
Also present were Aldermen Constantineau, Colburn and Pienkos.
The purpose of the meeting was to count those ballots received
from residents of Bay Lawn Subdivision regarding the installation
of public sewers.
The final results of the balloting indicated 39 in favor and 29
against. Three ballots were not counted inasmuch as they involved
residents living on Woods Road who will not be sewered and there was
one abstension. One vote was not counted because of inability to
distinguish the name.
Ald. Colburn moved to recommend to the Council that the city's
engineer begin plans for the sewering of Bay Lawn Subdivision.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Colburn. Motion
carried.
