PSEM19750908PUBLIC SEWER COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 8, 1975 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 8:00 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Colburn, Ford and Wallner and Mayor Gottfried. The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file. Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Traver, S67 W13803 Hardwick P1., appeared at the meeting to discuss their proposed forced hookup. They will notify Ald. Dumke as to their wishes. The Waukesha County Health Department Report was reviewed and placed on file. The committee reviewed the infiltration/inflow report as prepared by Ruekert and Milke for the northeast district and northwest district. Same placed on file. Representatives of Wildflower Planned Unit Development appeared at the meeting to present their proposed holding tank ideas. The committee cannot make a decision on this matter until treatment plant reports are submitted. Mr. Don Kilps appeared at the meeting to request sewer service for his proposed 24 single family units on Pioneer Drive. Committee to take this matter under advisement. The committee received a communication from the Fountainwood Pool Association advising they have discontinued use of sanitary facilities as of September 1st and requested that they only be charged while pool is in use (one quarter per year). The committee will make a study as to how many possible hookups still remain in the sewer districts to determine what lands may be available for growth. Ald. Colburn moved to refund one lateral charge for Mr. and Mrs. Paul Maxwell, owners of Lots 14 and 15, Kingston's Subdivision #2, since the two lots have been combined and one lateral is not usable. Seconded by Ald. Ford, motion carried. Ray Wallner again requested sewer service for property owned by him on Racine Ave. The committee received a letter from Mr. Ray Petri, requesting action on restoration of his lot on Highway 24. The committee to ask Leo Dretzka to provide dirt and seed to solve the problem. Ald. Ford moved to recommend Council approval of a resolution accepting the low bid of John Lang for forced hookups for the following locations: W134 S6362 Fennimore Lane $19495.00 S66 W13923 Saroyan Rd. 19403.00 W144 S6720 Tess Corners Drive 1,585.00 S63 W13041 Janesville Rd. 29294.00 W143 S7066 Belmont Drive 19050.00 Seconded by Ald.
