• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 6, 1975.
The meeting was called of order by Chairman Dumke at 7:00 P.M. Also
present were committee members Colburn and Schaumberg, Building Inspector
Gerald Lee and Alderman Wallner.
Mr. Richard Koehler appeared at the meeting to discuss connection into
the city's sewer system aswell as the assessment cost. Mr. Koehler
was advised the assessment would have to stand since it is based on the
front footage of the lot and he was also advised that there should be
no problem with his connecting into the sewer system.
Correspondence received from Gerald Lee advising that the Kelly property
at W180 S7677 Pioneer Drive, is now connected into the sewer system and
has been completed since 12/30/74.
Letter received from Mr. Kurt Bauer, Executive Director of Southeastern
Wisconsin Plan Commission, regarding the beltline freeway. Mayor
Gottfried to invite Mr. Bauer to a Plan Commission meeting in the very
near future.
Ald. Schaumberg moved that the salary of sewer inspector be increased
•effective March 1, 1975. Starting salary of $3.75 per hour and 6 month
salary of $4.40 per hour. Seconded by Ald. Colburn, motion carried.

Ald. Colburn moved to recommend Council approval of a sewer rate study
to be conducted by Ehlers and Associates. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg,
motion carried.
The committee reviewed proposed sewer istallation in Lembezeder Drive.
It was decided to once again poll the property owners to get views.
Ald. Dumke moved to refer Resolution #40-75 (Re-establishing Guidelines
for Developments Planned for the City of Muskego) to City Attorney
Buckley for hisreview. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to have sewer leak in stub lateral near the intersection
of Hedgewood and Southern Drive repaired. Seconded by Ald. Colburn.
Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
