• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 11, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Chairman Dumke. Also
,present were Mayor Gottfried, Aldermen Colburn and Wallner.
Mr. Mike Strzok appeared at the meeting regarding the possible purchase of
the Charles Fickau home on Tess Corners Drive. He questioned the length
of time he would have to connect into the city sewer system in the event
he purchased the home. The committee advised him that there would be no
forced hookup if same were completed in a reasonable amount of time.
The committee discussed the general development plan Exhibit F-1, as
approved by the Plan Commission, of Rite Realty's development of 71 lots
of the Alvin Basse property.
The committee discussed the site development plan, Exhibit "E", as approved
in concept, by the Plan Commission, of Herb Puetzer's proposed development
known as Kristin Downs.
The city has received communication from the Waukesha County Health Dept.
indicating that the high fecal count in the Idle Isle area was the result
of a malfunctioning leach bed and that the problem has been resolved.
• Ald. Colburn moved to have Building Inspector Lee take any action
necessary to have the John Kelly residence connect into the city sewer
system. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Mr. Ray Wallner appeared at the meeting to request sewers for the former
Loomis property on Racine Ave.
Ald. Dumke moved to have Building Inspector Lee to begin the necessary
action to have Harding and Lufkin properties connect into the city sewer
system. Seconded by Ald. Colburn, motion carried.
The committee has received a request from Tri-Town Homes to develop the
remaining three lots in St. Leonard's Subdivision. The matter was deferred
until the next meeting of the committee.
Ald. Colburn moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
