PUBLIC SEWER COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 19, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 8:30
P.M. Also present were committee members Colburn and
Schaumberg, Mayor Gottfried and Alderman Wallner.
A lengthy discussion took place regarding the amendment
to the City`s agreement with Hale Park Meadows Subdivision
by Rite Realty involving the removing of the 65% limitation.
The matter of undeveloped land in the northeast district
was also discussed along with the committed lands such as
Freedom Acres, Bay Lawn Subdivision, Lincolnshire and
Willow Wood. Alderman Schaumberg moved to recommend
Council approval of Resolution #167-74. Seconded by Alder-
man Colburn, motion carried.
• The committee discussed sewer installation in Freedom Acres
Subdivision. Mayor Gottfried to contact Ruekert & Mielke
regarding cost of servicing the area following the pattern
of proposed roads.
Alderman Colburn moved to recommend Council approval of
payment of voucher to Darrott Plumbing Company for roto-
rooter service at Atonement Lutheran Church in the amount
of $175.00. Seconded by Alderman Dumke, motion carried.
Alderman Raymond Wallner requested sewer service for his
land on C.T.H. "Y".
Alderman Schaumberg moved to adjourn, seconded by Alderman
Colburn. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
