PSEM19731008PUBLIC SEWER COMMITTEE — CITY OF MUSKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 8,1973 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dumke at 8:00 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Czarnecki, Knudsen, Mayor Gottfried, and Don Finch, Mayor Eberle and Aid. Schober of the City of New Berlin. The City of New Berlin will come back with a number study of homes and vacant lots In the Linnie Lac area. They will also check with Ruekert & Mieike and review estimated costs with them. Mrs. Bette Bowyer appeared at the meeting regarding their claim on damage to a snowmobile as a result of a stake left in Propsect Drive by Madsen Company. The committee will investigate further. Mr. Ray Gray of Rite Realty Company appeared at the meeting to request the develop— ment of the remaining 35% of Hale Park Meadows and Durham Meadows. The committee will review Ordinance #220-71 (Limiting 65% development). Mr. Ray Wallner, representing Muskego Industrial Park, Inc., appeared at the meeting to request sewers for the former Loomis property on Racine Ave. Aid. Ron Ford appeared in behalf of Jerome Brad in an effort to have Adkins Plumb— ing Company satisfactorily restore his property following forced hookup. Aid. Ford requested the committee to determine how much phosphates and nitrogen is •flowing into Big Muskego Lake. Mayor Gottfried will request an opinion of the DNR and also what affect it will have on the life of Big Muskego Lake. 0 Aid. Knudsen moved to recommend to the Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee an ordin— ance limiting use of phosphate detergents. Seconded by Aid. Czarnecki, motion carried. Aid. Knudsen moved, as seconded by Aid. Dumke to recommend Council approval of a forced hookup for the Paulson residence at S69 W14752 Cornell Drive. Motion Carried. Aid. Czarnecki moved to recommend final approval for Rock, Michels and United Sewer and Water, seconded by Aid. Dumke, motion carried. Aid. Knudsen moved to adjourn, seconded by Aid.
